On behalf of the United States Air Force and the Air Force Association, I would like to extend our most sincere thanks for the effort you displayed in ensuring that "Yankee Lady" was in top form for the dedication of the United States Air Force Memorial.  The event was attended by thousands, including the President of the United States, and viewed by countless others on television.  To say the least, all were quite moved to see the B-17 fly over top the memorial in tribute to the proud history of our United States Air Force and all of those who have served in its ranks.
