The Yankee Air Museum and the Michigan Aerospace Foundation are non-profit organizations. As such, we depend on the help and support, both financial and non-financial, of businesses, organizations and individuals. Without your help, we can not hope to succeed in the rebuilding of the Yankee Air Museum. Non-Financial contributions may take the form of in-kind services, donated goods, supplies and building materials, and vital referrals to other organizations and individuals who may be interested in helping. If you have contacts with media or government officials, we would value your participation in our public relations and governmental appropriations efforts.

NAMING OPPORTUNITIES
The conceptual plan for rebuilding and expanding the Yankee Air Museum offers, to major donors, numerous naming opportunities for the components of the new Museum complex. Major gifts received so far have “endowed” the first two buildings of the new complex: the Visitor’s Center (sponsored in part by a major donation from the General Motors Foundation), and the Ford Schoolhouse (renovations supported by a generous contribution by David and Andrea Robertson. The Schoolhouse is destined to become the Education Center at the new complex.) Please consider the following other “naming” opportunities as you contemplate your gift to the Michigan Aerospace Foundation:
New Yankee Air Museum Aircraft Hangar - The original was destroyed by fire on October 9, 2004.
Children’s Aerospace Learning Center
Aircraft Restoration Facility
Main Museum Gallery Building
World War I Gallery
World War II Gallery
The Home Front Gallery
Korean War Gallery
Vietnam War Gallery
Michigan Civil Aviation Gallery
Space Gallery
Michigan Aerospace Charter Aviation High School
Gift Shop
Memorial Chapel
Visitors Center
In addition, there will be hundreds of individual displays, aircraft, equipment and other types of naming and sponsorship opportunities. We can easily tailor an opportunity for you in one of these areas. If you have an idea, specific area or activity of the museum you would like to support, we will work with you to make that happen. Please Contact Us us for more information or to discuss your donation preference.

If you support the Yankee Air Museum and its efforts to preserve aviation and military history, why not consider a Charitable Gift Annuity with the Michigan Aerospace Foundation (MAF). This gift will eventually go directly to the Yankee Air Museum in the form of building funds or operating capital. It could even be designated for the Endowment Fund.
